Quick draft loss, never played
Was in a quick draft, hit play. Went to loading screen, sat with an unending spinning timer that hid the cancel button. Upon closing and reopening the app, I had one more loss than previously without ever even seeing the match. I'm asking simply for my 750 gems back or 5000 gold as I've been putting a lot of $ into this game and if customer support cannot redeem a honest mistake on their clients end I will happily quit donating my money for drafts.

The same thing happened to me twice. Now every time I want to push the cancel button I'm afraid it's going to count as a loss
