connection lost
Connection keeps dropping; Connection Lost
The MTGA client was working just fine. I played a few BO1 matches with no issues. Then, in the middle of a game, it started freezing. At first it was momentarily, then it froze altogether and I got the windows "program not responding" message. Since then, I've been unable to establish or establish and keep a connection to the server. I've tried a number of resolutions:
1. Restarting the client.
2. Restarting my machine, then the client.
3. Uninstalling MTGA, then reinstalling.
Nothing has worked. The furthest I've gotten was MTGA started downloading all of the content again (6.5 GB worth, because I uninstalled), but eventually dropping the connection again. I suspect its a server issue on the Wizards side. My internet is working just fine otherwise.

Wizzards just said to me, that they don't know how to fix it.
Also, they "said" that they don't want to help me.
They have suggested me some "generic" solutions and a few specific ones. And nothing helped.
After that "it is your problem, we will not help you".
I see, that a lot of people get this game breaking issue after an update in October. But Wizzards still think, that it is not worth to investigate.
While people can not login in their game for almost half a year, they just keep ignoring players.
How could I donated to them via Arena? I don't know now.
