My game stucked on checking for active matches and cannot access anymore. Reinstall tried and it did not work. System not freezed, thus I suggest you to check the database and see if there is any issue on game status.
repro steps：
1. access game with my account
2. game lunching and stucked on "checking for active games"
expect result:
1. game lunching successfully
actual:
1.game stucked on checking for active games

I've had this error since a few weeks before BRO released. I've been able to bypass the error by logging out, then logging back in. Still super annoying.
