Not receiving any rare item from pack
B ought a pack of Theros beyond death because I only have a few cards from that set, it gave me a gem voucher saying congratulations you've collected all rares from this set, except I haven't. It didn't even give me any actual gems either, so I got no rare card or gems from the pack I bought. Also I'm having to post this in the idea category because every time I try to report a bug it auto redirects me to this page, I have tried 4 times to fill out a ticket but it just keeps bringing me here wtf
