Prerelease code not working
I picked up a Dominaria United prerelease pack and the code inside doesn’t work. I tried a few times in case of errors on my end but to no avail. It simply gives an error message saying that the code is wrong or already redeemed.

I had the same issue with my prerelease code, tried it several times and game states its already been used without me having the packs from it

Same thing happened to me! I went to the prerelease at my LGS today, and when I got home to get my packs, I got an error stating: "This code is not valid or has already been used the maximum amount of times for this account.". Same thing happened yesterday with the PLAYDMU code.
Edit: Just tried both again and they seemed to work.
