DMU Premier Draft Event stuck waiting for server
My DMU Premier Draft ended, and I claimed the reward. However, the client thinks I am still in the event (says "Resume" on the home page). When I try to click it to enter another Premier Draft, I get a black screen with the message "Waiting for the Server" over the wheel of death indefinitely. I have to restart the whole client and then I'm back where I started, with the event saying "Resume." It doesn't say "Resume" if I click through the event menu, but I still get stuck on the "Waiting for the Server" screen.
Other events seem to be working fine.

Same issue just occured with me, and after having multiple people in and outside my household log in under my account , then back to theirs to prove it is on mtgas end and not a network/PC issue, got this response : (

I dunno if anyone is still checking this, but support did get back to me with these directions:
"I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue! Here is a workaround that has worked for some:
1 - Uninstall MTG Arena. If uninstalling using Programs and Features leaves behind files, you may be able to use a 3rd party utility like Revo Uninstaller to perform a clean uninstall.
2 - Use a US-based VPN connection.
3 - Redownload MTG Arena from this link (https://mtgarena.downloads.wizards.com/Live/Windows32/MTGAInstaller.exe) and reinstall the game.Let me know if you continue having problems after that, and we've reported the issue to our developers to fix the root cause in the meantime."
Probably goes without saying that this didn't work, and I will be continuing to message support. I only put it here in case it does in fact end up working for one of y'all. In which case, you will have to draft for all of us, so the pressure is on.
