Vault Progress Is Not Correct (Reward % For Duplicates Is Missing)

First of all, I don't know if you're aware of this, but your website seems to do everything in its power to make it impossible to submit a ticket with your Customer Service. After signing in on the main https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account sign in page, this page (https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us) still asks you to sign in if you want to submit a ticket. However, clicking on the Sign in button on this second page just takes you back to your account/profile page. Subsequently, clicking on Customer Service from there takes you back to the Support landing page where you are still required to sign in, in order to submit a ticket.
Essentially, it seems there is this loop where it is virtually impossible to actually contact support, and I have tried this on the Firefox, Chrome and Brave browsers by now, all with the same result. Either this is by design (which is highly questionable), or you may want to have someone look at this - this has been the state of things for weeks now, if not longer. Unless, of course, you specifically don't want customers to be able to contact WotC.
Secondly, I have noticed this both yesterday and today: when opening boosters, I am NOT awarded the correct vault progress. To my knowledge, any duplicate common or uncommon card received in a booster pack is converted into 0.1% and 0.3% vault progress respectively. I currently own 4 copies of all common and uncommon cards of the Dominaria United set.
Both yesterday and today, after opening a Dominaria United pack, I was awarded with incorrect vault progress. Yesterday, a booster I opened contained a common wildcard, 4 common cards, 2 uncommon cards and a rare card. It would seem that I should have received 1.0% of vault progress: 4x duplicate common = 0.4% + 2x duplicate uncommon = 0.6%. However, I only received 0.8% of vault progress.
Just now, I opened another Dominaria United booster pack, which contained 5 duplicate common cards and 2 duplicate uncommon cards, with another rare. Applying the same calculation (5x duplicate common = 0.5% + 2x duplicate uncommon = 0.6%), I should have received 1.1% of vault progress; yet, I only received 0.9%. Even though I didn't make screenshots of the first incident listed above, I am attaching screenshots of the second. At the same time, I would imagine (and certainly hope) that WotC has the means to retrace the data for all the booster packs I've opened, or at least since the release of Dominaria United.
However, I also can't help but wonder how many more instances of this have occurred, for how many players, and how long this has been ongoing. Given the money and time spent on this game to try and complete the set, I wonder how much more progression the player base has been missing out on.
Unless there is something else I'm missing in terms of how duplicates are counted towards vault progression, I kindly ask you to provide me (and everyone else) with appropriate compensation for all of the missed vault progression since the release of Dominaria United.
And thirdly: please bring back the Unstable lands bundle, if even for 1 day. Surely, making more money aligns with your agenda, while obtaining cosmetics aligns with that of the customers. It seems like a win-win scenario, really.

Two years later and this is still broken.... This is just ripping players off at this point. Especially given how meager the vault rewards are anyway...

Currently noone is getting vault progress for the fifth copy of common dual lands in DMU. It should be fixed and compensated. Why is still there one month after it has been reported????
