Loading stalls at "Checking For Active Matches" and never finishes
Whenever I try to open arena the loading screen gets to "Checking For Active Matches" but never finishes that step and am unable to play the game. I've closed and reopened many times, and rebooted and tried, to no avail.

Starting up Arena on PC, the game loads as per normal until it hits a step which had never appeared on my startup before, where it sits on the step "Checking for active matches".
I have waited at this point for just over two hours, & it is still looking for active games. I only play on PC, & I logged out the same way as I always do, and now cannot get in to play.
