network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

Same issue here (Greece): I can login from my Android phone, using mobile data. However, when I try to login from my desktop PC (using WiFi of a different Internet Service Provider) then the error occurs. This is not the first time I am facing such problems. I know it will go away at some point. But this is very frustrating and annoying. ESPECIALLY the part that Wizards is not acknowledging the problem or tries to address it in some way...

Is there anyone from Wizards that actually cares about solving this problem? I know Arena customers is not a priority for Wizard's but this is ridiculous! FIX YOUR GAME FOR THE TON OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT @WOTC

It could be a provider problem. It's strange that so many people from Italy have the same problem. It could be a firewall problem that is set up badly by the provider and does not allow users to access Wizards services...

Same problem here. I'm from Italy and I encounter the "network error / unable to get collection" issue too. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the game, change DNS l, clean cache, but notting happen. This from 04/23 , the day of the scheduled maintenance.
