network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

I tried to enter the game for 2 days now and still got "Unable to get collection" error.
I tried everything in your known issue suggestion. I flushed the DNS, restarted my computer, reset the wifi, making sure firewall is off... None of that is working. I'm pretty sure this is not my fault because my Internet is fine and I can play other games just fine.
This is frustrating and annoying. Please fix this.

Soooo many issues lately with "Network Error - unable to get collection" errors while my internet connection is working perfectly with anything else...
It's the only game giving me so many issues, I'm seriously thinking of stopping to play jest because of that... -

I keep receiving more and more this error message while my connection is actually super fast: "Network Error - Unable to get Collection "
It gets so annoying because feels like it's never working lately...

This is very widespread in the local area. Multiple people having the issue on 3 different service providers (AT&T, Spectrum and WOW). Yet, nothing from Wizards, not even acknowledgement that this is a real issue.

Same here in the UK since Monday. Both PC and mobile get this error on home broadband.
Only way I have got it working is using a VPN or mobile data.

Same error for 3 days now (UK). Reinstalled client. Flushed DNS etc as per link:
