network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

Same for me. Losing server after a few turns or start of the game. Or it just won't load at all. Also have gotten several different errors from authentication errors, network error, and collection error.

Same here (in Germany) since this morning . Laptop and phone (wlan). Interestingly enough: if I use my phone as wifi-hotspot for my laptop I can connect (but only then). Weird.

In the past, there was a rank bug that didn't increase. It took 3 months to fix it and didn't compensate anything. Come this time, I can't enter the game again. It's been a month and still can't fix it or don't care to fix it. I don't know. Poor support, service that doesn't care about customers at all.

When open mtg arena on my phone or my pc, I'm getting the "Unable to get collection. Please try again later" error and when I click on the "OK" button the screen changes to the "log out / check status / report a bug" screen.
I log out and then log in and I received the same error.

I have had same issue and contact customer services to be told "Sorry can help you go look at technical bugs to see if someone managed to fix it" when its clearly an account issue as I tried to with both my laptop and my phone and both did the same. I done everything I can to try and get this to work and I am not so angry because I have lost 3 years of playing nearly daily, putting money in etc.

Same for me. When it happens, I cannot log in any of my accounts with different devices, network or vpns. But after a few hours, I can log in again.

Had this since the new phyrexian drop. Since then I've only been able to log in twice. Try every day since. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, disabled firewall, the whole lot. Still having the same issue

Having this exact same problem since yesterday, in UK. Logging out/in, restarting computer, restarting router, reinstalling game doesn't work. Is in effect across two different accounts (two family members play) on different computers.

Same thing here. Has been fine for months, but it's started happening again now. Tried all the obvious things. Can still play on mobile, just not pc. Very frustrating
