network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

I met the "Unable to get collection issue" screen during a quick draft game, that made me loose my quick draft game. I met the same issue one day before (previous sunday) and was unable to connect to the game for the day.
I could connect yesterday and play a few game, but during my last match, the game begin to be slow, i saw the timer bar displayed while i was desperatly trying to do actions, then i got log out. No internet issue because i could start a youtube video in the meantime. Then after that unable to log until this morning with the message "Unable to get collection again".
I love this game, but a problem that could happen at any time and make me unable to play for the rest of the day is kind of frustrating.
No issues on mobile device if connected to mobile network, same issue connected to Wifi. I live in France. -

When I connect my iPad via my mobile, the problem disappears, but connected to my home WiFi it suddenly does not work anymore although I was perfectly connected an hour before

Same problem in one month. Except the flush DNS/change DNS server solutuon doesn't work this time :-(

Exact same bug. Like the same in one month. Except the reinstall/flush DNS/change DNS solution doesn't work this time. :-(

Tried to open firewalls, NAT port config, even with DMZ from the router config app, but nothing worked; downloaded a free VPN app, connected from Netherlands and worked again; this is surely a problem with Southern Europe and Vodafone, please WotC investigate this issue

Having the exact same issue wit my land internet ISP WiFi or Ethernet connection (I can only connect via Mobile Data with exactly the same ISP);
