network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.
I now have the same problems..2 accounts not working : NETWORK ERROR UNABLE TO GET COLLECTION !! Until yesterday evening all worked fine. Now I got network issue on getting collection. The note for troubleshooting tips was not helpful. Location :Italy

BTW: The note for troubleshooting tips was not helpful. I accept if there are problems after the launch, that would be normal. But basically you are saying that it is our fault. Really not helpful
same problem as me, until 3pm today it worked, but now it won't let me log in anymore, and the technical support doesn't know how to solve it and sent me to look at the comments here. Bah
I had to retry a few times to get in the game for the last few days, but today I couldn't launch the game at all. I did follow ALL suggested steps of the Technical Troubleshooting section (except for the US-based VPN), and the game is permanently stuck on a Network Error.
Early set releases are the best time for farming gems on draft since there are a lot more players in, but I had to stare to a network error instead.
I guess I'm going back to Snap for a few days, or a few weeks, or forever.
I have had the same issue since 1/2 weeks ago, and after the WOE release it's even worse. Every time I boot the game I always got this message, and I've to retry at least 3/4 times before the game let me see the homepage. I've also tried to use the hotspot instead of my wifi home connection, but it all looks the same. Hoping it gets fixed, right now it's kinda unplayable.

Second time this happened after an update
Lately I have observed that when I log in from my work PC there is no such problem... However, when I log in from my home PC or from my phone (with mobile data or with the home wi-fi), the problem shows up 9 out of 10 times these days... btw I connect to the router wirelessly, so I cannot try Shaytorn's suggestion. I have tried DNS flushing, as well as various other suggestions. Nothing seems to be working reliably. The problem just shows up (and/or disappears) randomly. I am starting to suspect/assume it's a combination of something about my game account, in conjunction with something about my internet service provider, in conjunction with some kind of bug in the game client and/or servers. I wonder if it shows up in some specific geographic areas only... I think most people complaining about it are Europeans, but I'm not 100% sure
I swapped the port that my network cable pugged into on my router and it fixed the problem. Try that for now guys. Good luck.
Also getting this issue now... May be related to signing in from multiple devices, just a hunch. I was signed in on my work PC last and now this is happening on my home desktop
For at least a week I face this problem with no apparent reason or solution to it...Hopefully in the next update will be fixed somehow.
This problem started for me 1 day ago and all i get in response is to check tje troubleshoot section but nothing works, i reinstalled the game and i got to the main screen of the game then i close it and when i open it again the same problem pops out again
Having this problem in the last days too and also lost like 3/4 games for random disconnection while playing for top 1200 in limited queue. Asked for refunds but received none. Absurd to think that you pay 10 euros each draftfor getting this kind of support
The Wizards admin account is posting a reply here (see below), saying we should seek advice on the Technical Troubleshooting section... This is frustrating & insulting even!! Nothing on that section is working!! I have tried everything (short of an american vpn). Please hold yourselves accountable and recognise the bug instead of suggesting vague & general courses of action with no real effect. The bug just disappears (and then reappears) randomly with NO CORRELATION to these sort of actions whatsoever. Quite frankly, this is terribly disappointing...

same problem with my game for the last 5 days it will give this exact error and then some time in day it will work again
c'est la même chose pour moi, impossible de se connecter et de jouer. Ni sur pc ni sur téléphone .
