October MTGA update - recent changes to game draw logic cripple a player's ability to play the Paradox Engine deck
Hello,
I have been playing many variations of the Paradox Engine deck over the last year or two. It has come to my attention that the recent-most update to the game included changes to the game logic which determines whether to end a game in a draw or not. This exact change is crippling my ability to play the Paradox Engine deck - I have noticed that the game ends in a draw if a "Mox" card is tapped several times in a single turn - the Mox Amber is continuously untapped using the Paradox Engine (note that the new card "oracle of alpha" conjures Moxes). The card "Mox Amber" is played as 4 copies in the Paradox Engine deck and the Mox Amber is continuously untapped using the Paradox Engine.
To reproduce the bug here are the steps:
1. Get a Paradox Engine decklist - here is mine: https://pastebin.com/wtaTn9C2
2. Start a match against Sparky
3. Play the deck until the Paradox Engine loop has been achieved - you can create the infinite mana / infinite card draw loop using either sufficient mana dorks + kinnan + reality chip + paradox engine, or sufficient mana dorks + emry + paradox engine, or sufficient mana dorks + song of creation (from fae of wishes) + engine. Note the moment during the card drawing / mana generating when you cast Mox Amber. Once Mox Amber is on board, press QQ (this is a common shortcut to tap mana faster when playing the deck), then continue playing cards gained from reality chip (if dead card on top then use kinnan to shuffle library) / emry / song of creation. After you play a card Paradox Engine untaps Mox Amber, we press QQ again tapping Mox the 2nd time of the turn. I have noticed that in doing so by the 4th time you tap the Mox you will get a game warning, the 5th time you tap it the game wrongly ends in a draw.
I hope that you can fix this, because Paradox Engine is my favorite combo deck, and the only way for me to avoid the unwanted draw is to manually tap all my mana permanents, avoiding the Mox Amber just in case, which is really inconvenient.

Yes! If we were aware of the exact rules behind when the draw is forced, we could work around that.
But it's gotten to where it sometimes won't even give me a warning before forcing a draw when I tap my mana dork!Ironically, the one time I wanted the draw, was the only time it didn't happen.
Opponent had the upper hand with no way of me defeating them, so I started comboing off to force a draw. The game kept the warning up for the entire 15 minute ordeal without ever actually forcing the draw! lol. -

I am having a similar issue, sometimes depending on what I do I can do the loop without a problem. MOST OF THE TIME I get a couple loops in and all of a sudden I get the warning message but have no time to change what I'm doing before it declares a draw.

Free Paradox! Combo decks suffer enough on arena already.
