Griffen Aerie Does Not Trigger
The set up:
Soul Warden x3 on the battlefield
Cathar's Call x1 enchanting one of the Soul Wardens
Griffen Aerie x1 on the battlefield
Cathar's Call triggers at end of turn. I gain 3 lives, but the Griffen Aerie does not trigger. Both the Cathar's Call and Griffen Aerie trigger at end of turn. Should not the Griffen Aerie trigger also?

If the only life you gained was during the end step, it’s too late for the Griffin Aerie to trigger as it needs you to have gained 3 life at the beginning of the end step
