Cascade and Casting Modal Faced Cards
I was just playing against Jodah and he cascaded for 3 or less into a Valki/Tibalt. According to the updated rules history as of 2021, "Now that the rule has been changed, you’re only able to cast the front face of the card if it has a mana value lower than the card you cascaded with. This means you’re no longer able to cast the back half of modal double-faced cards with cascade at all."
My question is, how is this cascade that he did allowing him to cascade into and CASTING the Tibalt side of the card? Was this rule never implemented onto Arena? Am I missing something here? Does the "Legendary Cascade" that Jodah has follow its own inane set of cascade rules?

Same bug here... I was playing Historic Brawl. My opponent controlled Jodah, the Unifier, they cast Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner, showed Valki, God of Lies with the Jodah triggered ability, and they were able to cast by Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor face...

It's March of 2023 and this STILL hasn't been fixed to match the rules update cited in the OP despite SEVERAL PATCHES and set release updates since then. FIX THIS!

Jodah's second ability isn't Cascade so it is functioning correctly
