Connive put +1/+1 counter on a phased out creature
When playing a direct challenge "Tournament Match" B03 vs a friend we experienced a bug with Ledger Shredder and Slip out the back.
Player 1 casts Reckoner Bankbuster, this triggers Ledger Shredder's connive ability, Player 1 responses by casting Cut Down on the 1/3 Ledger Shredder, Player 2 responses with Slip out the Back targeting the Ledger Shredder.
The stack resolves, the 1/3 Ledger shredder gets a +1+1 counter from Slip out the back and is phased out as a 2/4. The Cut down is countered as it has no legal targets. The connive ability resolves, Player 2 discards a nonland card, a +1+1 counter is put on the phased out Ledger Shredder. Client still shows the creatures as a 2/4 but with 2 +1+1 counters. Bankbuster resolves.
On player 2's next turn the Shredder phases back in and is updated to a 3/5.
I do not believe the Shredder should have gotten a +1+1 counter from the connive ability as it was phased out during the resolution of the ability and should have come back with only 1 +1+1 counter from the Slip out the back.

What spell was cast by Player 1 before the Bankbuster?
