Gurgling anointed trigger fail
Gurgling anointed dying with strentg 3 and 2 creature with 1 mana value in the graveyard and nothing happened (Ashnod was one)

This just happened to me as well. Gurgling Annointer died with a Goblin Blast-Runner (1R mana cost) in my graveyard and nothing happened. I lost my match because of this effect not triggering and getting me a second blocker on the opponent's next combat phase

gurgling anointer whith 2 counters, multiples creatures in graveyard, power1-2, die and nathing happend -

I experienced this with a 2/4 gurgling annointer and an evolved sleeper in the graveyard. The gurgling annointer went to the graveyard from battle, and I was never asked to pick a card from my graveyard to put into the battle field.
