Most the buttons won’t respond anymore. Can’t read messages, shop in the store or play a game. I can go to profile or store or mail but can’t click on anything Afterward. All my other programs are fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Been having the same issue since the last Alchemy update on HP Envy 13 2in1. Touchscreen is functioning correctly in all appas and is registering with MTG Arena, but it seems to be the 'click' function that has been removed, so you can 'hover' over elements but not interact with them.
Please fix this soon as it was the most enjoyable way to play Arena.

Same issue on my Surface Pro 7. and on my PC
Surface pen doesn't work either (things high-light showing that the game does recognize it's there, just doesn't react to the touch of the pen or finger). if i plug in a mouse to it, the functions work.
other apps on surface and PC, touch screen options function properly.
Even tried to Delete game and re installed, then start looking it up and notice more n more people are having this issue.

This should not be marked as resolved. And I have found posts from other effected windows users.

I am having the same issue with my windows laptop.
I posted the issue one another forum, twice. The first time the sent me a message saying it was fixed, that came with a little gold and exp. And the second time I got a similar response as mentioned by ermahgerd below.

Touchscreen no longer works on surface pro 7+. Arena is the only application impacted by this issue. I have uninstalled/reinstalled drivers as well as the Arena client.

Same here. Since Update touchscreen functionality no longer works in MTGA. In all other applications incl. windows works just fine, worked also before. Only MTGA affected, not a local PC issue, please fix.

I was excited to see a new patch today.
No, they didn't fix this issue that makes it completely impossible for me to play the game.

Fix ASAP! I WANT TO BE ABLE TO PLAY ON PC AGAIN! MOBILE RANDOMLY FREEZES TOO OFTEN!

My windows laptop no longer has touch screen support in MTGA.
I reported this once already, and it was marked as resolved. I was given some gold and experience, but the issue remains.

The touch screen gives a small amount of feedback, but touching buttons (like next) does not work. And dragging and selecting cards no longer works. This started with a recent release, and I tested on my phone that touch screen support still exists there. While I am able to still use my track pad, that is a pour experience as compared to the touch screen when that was functioning.
