why isnt it working anymore? hello?

It's been almost 6 months since the touchscreen on my Surface worked in Arena. I cannot play the game without some kind of peripheral device, which I don't have.

Why is there no communication about this?

It has been nearly a year since I noticed this bug and I still cannot play with touch screen on MS surface pro. What is going on? Please prioritize this, Wizards!

I put in a ticket and they just closed it without saying a word.

Please fix! I mostly play(ed) on my surface, and since this has stopped working haven't really played at all. The touchscreen is vital for me to play.
If it helps, this is actually preventing me from spending money on arena....

Was hoping the move to Steam would bring a focus on cleaning this kind of thing up. The only thing we can do is drop negative reviews there.

It is awful.
It has been half a year passed, so I can assume they will eventually shut down MTG Arena. If you think that way they have been ignoring the opinion of the users and the effort to correct their technical problems.
It is absolutely sad for us.

Updated and it still doesn't work. Doesn't feel like they have any intention of fixing the issue. Clearly to busy raising the price of MTGA packs in Europe.

same problem on HP spectre X360...after mtga client update my touch doesn't run

They have a steam release launching and with the steam deck, this thread will reach far higher. so hopefully not too much longer.

Newest Update - 2023.26.0.4563.1004322 - still not making it work again.....let's continue waiting

For what it's worth, touch screen does still work if you run MTGA through Wine on Linux.
