Arena does not work on windows tablets. The touch screen function has now been working since an update in December of 2022. After every update the error is still not corrected and I have received no contact from anyone that this this problem is being addressed or even looked at

It is very difficult for me to use a mouse because of my hands. Playing on arena with the touch screen was fabulous and let me play all that I wanted. Now playing for too long is difficult and painful. Please, Please fix this!!

I recommend everyone requesting a fix use LinkedIn to find employees who work on Arena and send **POLITE** emails (template is [firstname].[lastname]@wizards.com) outlining the issue and requesting a fix.
At this point, it seems rather clear that this feedback channel is not monitored. Ninja's Kunai and Citizen's Crowbar bug has long since been fixed but the tickets here still remain open and have not received official response.
Here is a template to use in your message:
Hi [name],
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding the Windows touchscreen support ticket in the MTGA feedback forum. This issue was reported in December 2022, yet the issue is not even listed on the Known Issues page, nor has the ticket received acknowledgement from a Wizards representative. This is an important feature, and the lack of response is frustrating and disappointing.
I am hoping that reaching out directly will be more effective. Can you please ensure that the appropriate team is aware of this issue, and provide us with a response on the ticket?

Totally sucks that after this many months not fixed especially when so many people need it for a disability like I have and I'm totally feeling like you just don't give **** about disabled people. Since broken my gameplay totally sucks I do not enjoy the game and I struggle and very often have to ask somebody to help me play a game fricking sickening.Use to spend money on the game but will never spend money again on it as long as this is an issue

It is not borderline incompetent, it is incompetent. Just imagine how incompetent you have to be to break touch screen support, not catch it in testing and release a broken version. Not listening to your users when they report it is beyond incompetent.

Please fix this. I have touch screen only Windows devices. Touch used to work fine in Windows. It is borderline incompetent that you haven't even acknowledged this bug yet.

Please fix this…. Now playing MTG is so uncomfortable with my mouse that it’s even a pain to play.
Playing on my large touch screen laptop was my favorite way to play. I have an older iPhone and it’s just too laggy to play on it.
