Unable to play Instants on my opponents turn
I'm unable to cast instants or flashed spells during my opponents turns.

Same thing here.
And I confirm having checked every permanent or effect from my oppponent which could have prevented me for casting instant : there was not. -

I am having this problem - it causes the selection browser to appear, nothing can be chosen, and I am frozen until auto-passing the turn. Toggling between browser and battlefield and back again shows the blue highlight around abilities, but they cannot be clicked.

Maybe your opponent had Teferi time Raveler on his board. You should may take a screenshot next time.
