There is a bug/exploit in where binding of the old gods does not execute properly AT ALL. Due to the mixed behavior I saw, I think this may be due to an EXPLOIT used by the other player rather than a bug. That is, the saga performed the 1st step, and advanced the counter to 2, but then STAYS IN PLAY, never executing stage 3, but repeating stage 1 over for MORE than 3 rounds
