Update Explorer filters to allow selecting non-standard card sets or have another drop-down for Explorer legal sets like Historic and Alchemy have
-when the deck builder is set to Explorer (Traditional or Bo1) you cannot select sets older than the current Standard sets. This makes sorting difficult, especially when wanting to look at Explorer Anthologies-only cards while making an Explorer deck in MTGA.
