Destroy effects not working
All cards effects that destroy any permanent do not work, permanent remains on the battle field. I have had this error in game with Fateful Absence, Valorous Stance, Hopeful Initiate activated ability, cut down, infernal grasp, go for the throat, etc. Any effect that destroys a permanent leaves it on the battlefield unaffected.

Had this issue aswell, after destroying a creature with go for the throat or voltaic surge.
