Can I have multiple accounts such that I'm allowed to switch between them ease?
I'm locked out of my account despite changing my password.
I'm able to access the support (before AND after changing my password) yet that is it.
Please go visit Microsoft and learn how to implement multiple users on windows if they are using one windows login.
Your policies might work if I have multiple windows accounts but that level to play a free to play game is not fun.
I'm uncertain why I spent so much money on this game for such poor communication with devs / support and why the support and devs are so disconnected from each other.
Support AND devs should work hand in hand. Especially with a game that is trying last for years.
But who am I to say how to run WotC. Surely just a plebe not in your ivory tower has no idea what WotC has self inflicted over 2022. Surely I dont have the slightly clue why players play Magic (at least my answers are from 2003, taking about 3 years to understand this) and it took you until 2014 (about 5x the timeframe) to understand this.....)
Surely I'm this clueless and WotC would never be this out of touch with its customer base.
