I won a match in Standard Gold Tier 1, with only one win required to be promoted to Platinum. As I left the match, I received the "Victory" screen but no info about moving up to the next rank. I then encountered a Timeout issue and experienced an outage of 1-2 hrs where I couldn't sign in. Having now been able to sign in, I'm still in Gold Tier with the same one win from promotion.
