Bug - Kindred Discovery + The Locust God
Kindred Discover + Locust God in play. Active player does not receive priority to cast an instant in response to any of the triggers. I tested this both in the declare attackers step using the attacking insect to start the loop. I also tried to start the loop at the beginning of my turn with both in play. Lastly, I tried to begin the loop during my main phase using opt to draw a card with both in play.
During each of these different times, I was never given priority to attempt to cast any instants. I tried this a few times with Full Control on, as well. I run a few instant speed bounce spells to break the loop, but I am not given the opportunity to cast it, and it always results in me drawing my entire library and losing the game.

I just lost to this bug, I drew disallow halfway through the loop and I had to sit there as I milled myself out. So it is good to find out now that Kindred Discovery is useless in Brawl now. Thanks wotc, for your once again completely useless dev team for Arena. You have failed us yet again and it won’t be the last be a long mile. Magic is dying, I predict it will lose half it’s player base in 5 years time.

I have had the same issue with the watcher in the water and a kindred discovery combo, I am unable to at any point interact with the stack to either bounce, remove or counter, super frustrating as it seems like a really fun combo.
The idea is to start the combo using something like blood pact or any other means to draw a card during an opponents turn and then once you've drawn a ton of cards and created a ton of tokens, either kill them with psychosis crawler on the battle field or hit them with the tokens next g
