The admin is manipulating matching.
Twice in previous inquiries, we have received responses stating that "I assure you that our algorithms, including matchmaking, the shuffler, coin flips, and others, have been tested at length and are working as intended.".
However, even in the feedback on this site, there are many comments such as "A malicious program exists" and "Matching and libraries are being manipulated". (It seems that not only Japanese players but also overseas players are suffering the same damage.)
Also, the answer from the management says that it is "functioning as intended", but this can be interpreted as "matchmaking, shuffler, coin toss, etc. can be operated as intended by the management". ,
There is no written content to the effect that it is "completely random", and there is no clear denial that the management is artificially manipulating matchmaking, shufflers, etc.
Isn't the content written on the net such as "there is an illegal program" and "the matching and library are being manipulated" true?
If the administration does not artificially manipulate random elements such as matching and libraries, please prove it.
I paid some money and I would like a full refund of the amount charged, unless it can be proven that the administration was not manipulative.
However, it seems that it is legally difficult, so the best way to get the management to improve the illegal operation is to "not play MTG Arena".
If you feel dissatisfied with the illegal operation, let's stop playing!
