Argentum Masticore bug
Argentum Masticore is randomly bugged at times, in that when you discard a card, it sometimes does not let you destroy anything of your opponents. This bug ended up costing me the draft game below.

Same thing happened to me today 28-feb-23, when discarding a 2-cmc card to masticore, it skipped the trigger as if there were no legal targets when my opponent controlled multiple tokens.

I also had it happen to me in a sealed event game - I lost due to this.
I would like to have my entrance fee reimbursed. Thx -

Can confirm, I just changed my mono red control deck from a Bo1 deck to a Bo3 and put 3 copies of this card in for specific matchups. But when I went to discard my Koth to blow up an Obliterator, nothing happened. I tried again in another matchup, discarding a Big Score to blow up a Crowbar so I could get my All Will Be One down. Still no proper trigger.

I'm having this issue as well

I lost the draft! I needed the ability to trigger, but it won't! Discarding a card, I would have killed the wincon of my opponent. I need my draft back!

I have the same problem

I discarded multiple times (a 4 drop and a 5 drop) and wasn't able to kill anything. opponent had an ossification and multiple chimney rabbles to target but instead I just discarded my cards and nothing else happened.

Argentum Masticore upkeep discard destroy does not trigger after you discard a mana cost equal or higher card than available targets in the field.
Steps to reproduce:
Play argentum masticore, wait for next upkeep when your opponent has a valid target and discard an equal or higher mana cost cardExpected result: Should trigger destruction effect.

In a quick draft (and possibly other formats although I didn't check), I drafted the card Argentum Masticore. When its upkeep trigger goes on the stack, after discarding a card, it doesn't let the controller choose a target to destroy as the card is supposed to. It means that Argentum Masticore now reads as "you may discard a card, if you don't, sacrifice Argentum Masticore". Every time without an exception. Also, it happened to an opponent of mine so it isn't a problem on my side. I'm playing on a laptop if it matters. Please fix this.

Argentum masticore won't let me destroy any legal permanents when discarding cards with cmc same or higher. It's as if there are no legal targets when there are plenty. Cost me the game and nervous about continuing draft run if its still bugged. 1:10 - 1:12 where this happens.

I just experienced this in my draft also. Opponent had a bloated contaminator on the field. I attempted to destroy it over two turns, assuming I misread the card initially, by discarding first a Distorted Curiosity (I think - definitely a 3 mana blue card), followed by an Indoctrination Attendant.
Expected to be able to destroy the Contaminator as a result but was given no option to. The Contaminator did have a Maze's Mantle attached to it on the second attempt but this was the turn after the hex-proof had expired.
Conceded following this, as I had no way to remove the creature; this ended the draft run as a result. Hope the logs attached are pertinent.
