Draft deck not saved, out 1500 gems...who do i talk to?
I paid 1500 gems(which cost around $10) to draft a limited deck and play. After drafting a fairly good GW poison counter deck I logged off and went to sleep. When I awoke to play said deck, it was gone, the app acted like I never had it, but my 1500 gems were still gone...I have tried and tried to find someone, anyone real, but cannot find any links to a real customer service agent. MTG arena getting alot of thumbs down for customer service from me right now
