Golden Pack error
I have bought the ten packs i need for getting a golden pack, in fact, the progress bar is full but the golden pac wont appear in my inventory
I have tried to reestart the game and oppened it in different devices but it wont work

Today I bought 20 Lord o the Rings packs and didn’t get any Golden packs (instead of two).

Gold pack has been stuck for ages and I don't know how to fix it. I am at my last pack in the progress bar and have been for the last 5 or 6 packs I've bought at least and it just won't update and give me my gold pack.
