Ninja's Kunai.
Using the ability granted to a creature by the effect of "Ninja's Kunai" will sacrifice all permanents you control and repeat the effect for each one sacrificed. This results in 21 damage if you control 7 permanents, which can be consistently achieved on turn 4. This is likely a similar bug to the one affecting "Citizen's Crowbar".

Hello,
As my logs show, many games I played and lost thanks to the ninja's kunai and torch bug.
I was instructed to open the ticket, and here I am.
I trust Wizards of the Coast, and I think Wizards will do their best to cover my expenses. Both the emotional ones and those of having been upset by such facts.

First time it happened to me today. Didn't kept the logs because I was surprised, but I can recall some of the details. Game appened at 4:08 PM GMT+2
Player ranked around 50-60, playing a seemingly Mono White (Control or else), generating as many tokens as possible (double Skrelv's Hive) and then using Kunai and tapping for 21 damage. Was down from around 450 to 505 as a result, but doesn't matter that much since I got back up to 370 with two wins in a row. Still, bummer ....
Hopefully it gets resolved that SOON (tho this doesn't seem the case yet) and I'll stay wary for the next instance of that bug (not quitting the session and immediately copy the troubleshooting file)
