Conductive Current and Searing Blood not working properly
Conductive Current is only adding the additional 2 damage to the first part of Searing Blood so that it will do 4 damage to a creature, but it only does 3 damage to the creature's controller. The wording on Conductive Current's perpetual effect indicates that the source of that 3 damage is in fact Searing Blood so it should deal 5 instead. I think the issue is that Searing Blood sets up a delayed trigger, and the increase isn't being accounted for when the trigger is set up.
Perpetual effects in general aren't being handled very well in game, intensity for example is not a copiable value despite it being a perpetual effect.
