cacophony scamp bug
I was playing with my deck with "Cacophony scamp" and my enemy kill it. Then the damage trigger appeared and I make a creature of my opponent objective of the trigger. The creature hasn't any hability that evade the damage and the opponent didn't make nothing. Then the trigger disappeared.

Recently had a game where I sacrificed Cacophony Scamp to Proliferate, which properly happened, but the damage from the on-death triggered ability did not happen, and my turn immediately ended, despite untapped mana + spells to pay.

Just happened to me for the first time. Twice in one game. Standard ranked BO1.
1. Un-modified Cacophony Scamp died to Locthwain Scorn (Virtue of Persistence adventure), targeted player with death trigger, no damage delt
2. Cacophony Scamp with 2 x +1/+1 counters on it died to Go for the Throat, targeted opponent's Mosswood Dreadknight, no damage delt -

Playing a standard ranked game, had cacophony scamp in play, cast voldaren thrillseeker and targeted scamp with the backup ability. Attacked my opponent, he declared a blocker for the scamp, I used the ability from thrillseeker to sacrifice scamp. The death ability from the scamp did not trigger, only the one from the thrillseeker's ability. This worked before the most recent patch.
