Atraxa doesn't trigger Sheoldred, The Apocalypse
How does the term "put" negate "draw"... looking at the top 10 cards of your library and "putting" 1 of each card type into your hand should count as "drawing" cards.. are the cards not "drawn" first, in order to be "put" in the first place??? or is the vastly overpowered Atraxa not to be surpassed by Shelly in Standard?... personally, I feel that people that use some cheap trick to pull an Atraxa from their graveyard into play, should receive 2 damage for each card they choose to "add to their hand"... any card added to someone's hand-- that was from their own deck and isn't being cast from exile- should constitute DRAWING

Atraxa says 'When Atraxa, Grand Unifier enters the battlefield, reveal the top ten cards of your library. For each card type, you may put a card of that type from among the revealed cards into your hand. '
This is not drawing. The reason for the wording is to achieve exactly what you said. Words such as 'draw' and 'cast' have defined meanings in MTG and change how cards function. Sheoldred, The Apocalypse is designed to not trigger when cards change zones, but only when a player draws.
Basically, you define drawing as 'When a card enters a player's hand from their library'. MTG Defines drawing as: '121.1. A player draws a card by putting the top card of their library into their hand. This is done as a turn-based action during each player’s draw step. It may also be done as part of a cost or effect of a spell or ability.'
If you are instructed to put a card into a zone, such as your hand, it is neither cast or drawn, but changes zones without triggering effects based on such keywords. For Sheoldred's ability to trigger, the card must be taken from the TOP of the library and placed into their hand during the draw phase, or happen as part of an action as a result of the instruction 'draw a card'.

Magic is a very literal game. Atraxa does not say to draw the cards (it wouldn’t functionally work as you are selecting cards)
