Fading Hope
A player used Fading hope on Sheoldred the apocolypse
This shouldnt be possible. Please fix this bug

You can bounce any creature with Fading Hope, the target restriction is just "target creature". If it happens to have a mana value of 3 or less, you also get to scry. Only the scry is is depending on the mana value, the targeting and the bounce are not.
