Urabrask's Forge + Chatterfang
Urabrask's Forge creates a token, Chatterfang triggers and creates a Squirrel token. At the end of the turn, the Squirrel Token is also automatically sacrificed.

This one also applies with Queen Allenal’s created tokens. If the forge token dies, then her soldier is sacrificed. I think this is a larger bug.

Not a bug. The delayed triggered ability to sacrifice applies to all tokens created by the Forge. Chatterfang simply adds more tokens to be created by the Forge, the replacement effect doesn't create any tokens itself. And so those tokens are subject the the Forge's effect.

This is correct. Chatterfang has a replacement effect that creates a Squirrel token whenever another token is created. Whatever conditions created the original token will also apply to the Squirrel.
