Not able to open pre order packs
I'm unable to open pre order packs, on opening mtga it displays the claim prize screen, which doesn't do anything.
Tried logging in and logging out, support not able to help. Only able to confirm that I did in fact purchase the preorder.
Anyone know a solution

Im experiencing the same issue. iOS. Preorder purchased, claim screen appears on every log-in/everytime I open the app but won't actually claim. Closing app and relaunching does nothing. Log out and relog does nothing. Reinstalling app from scratch does nothing.
Filed as a problem with the order and support just directed me to reinstall the app/post the bug here and closed my ticket. -
