I have been complaining about an issue with paid items for over a year, and there is zero response regarding this. I have PAID for parallax styles that used to generate matching tokens, now they do not. There are also other paid for parallax styles that never did generate matching tokens. This feels bad paying for something that does not function as it did upon purchase. Furthermore, what is the point of adding parallax card styles to alchemy cards when you cannot get the parallax styles in the OG card (ex. Blood artist, khalani garden, etc). Not only that, now we crap discounts which is discouraging from purchasing card styles all together! If you are not going to fix this issue, can I have my money back since it no longer functions how it did(generating MATCHING parallax tokens)?! This is a bait and switch whether intended or not. I will continue to submit requests until it is acknowledged, previously I was forced into resolved status when in fact you did NOTHING about it. Please and thank you, this wait for an ongoing issue to be resolved is absurd, you got your money from me already and can care less, when in fact this has been ongoing for over a year! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
