[Functional] - Winning in Ranked Standard doesn't increase the Mastery XP
There is a functional bug when playing Ranked Standard, if you win you don't get XP.
Repro Steps:
1. Note your current XP
2. Play ranked standard
3. Win a game and get XP
4. Observe issue, XP doesnt increase.
