Android - animation time
When using decks which create a lot of tokens or have quite a lot of triggers the android app runs into problems...
Apearently animations work in different speeds for different devices, instead of having a set speed and duration... Which leads to problems...
As you can see in the screenshots shortly before 4pm my turn delay timer is already running down, while the app is still stacking up triggers on the stack.
My Opponoment was supposed to create more than 150 creature tokens but got only 70 something since he ran into the token limit (another anoyance) that caused 2 "adolescent valkyres" to triger and another two clerics gaining life when ever a creature enters under his or her control. So above 270 triggers. Which seem to have a time they are supposed to take, but take longer on android than calculated...
How about the server waits for animations to finsish before moving on to the next step? Because before the triggers got all resolved on my end the error in the screenshot shortly after 4pm ocured ending the game.
But this isn't the only trouble. In an earlier move while handling triggers a warning popped up for a short time stating "invalid attack, please try again". After all the triggers got resolved i was supposed to assign blockers while the attacking cratures were already doing their damage animations. So since i couldn't assign any blockers i had to click "no blockers" while already in the damage step even though i wanted to block.
In other games with many tokens i often get the message i haven't done anything in a while and should take an action, or the game is forfit, when i can't do anything because there are still more than 100 triggers on the stack (at least from my perspective). At least twice that already caused me to lose in event modes.
So, for all that is holy, please don't make animation speed dependend on framerate, or cpu frequency, like the old racing games which made your car go fater than other players if your pc is stronger... Or have the server wait for fhe client to tell him the animation is done.
