Explorer banned cards
In the screenshots below, you can find explorerbannedcards which claims to be a list of all cards banned in explorer taken from official website: https://magic.wizards.com/en/banned-restricted-list. You might notice it's quite short and does not contain Elvish Archdruid, Allosaurus Shepher, Imperious Perfect and Craterhoof Behemoth.
However, when I want to build a deck with these cards and select explorer format, all 4 of them are highlighted in red as illegal cards.
Why?

Why was my bug report merged into Personake#46860's topic? The cards he named are correctly unavailable in Explorer due to not being Pioneer-legal. In contrast, my report shows cards that are ACTUALLY legal in Pioneer that are nevertheless unavailable in Explorer. The correct action here is to close his original thread and to reopen mine as a unique bug report.

Explorer is defined to be the set of craftable cards on MTG: Arena that are legal in Pioneer, unless explicitly banned (Tibalt's Trickey)
However, there are exactly 4 cards that seem to have been implemented defectively on this front. They are legal in Pioneer according to your own Gatherer website, but, they are not legal in Explorer. They are legal in Historic. Why?
Vengeant Vampire
Soul of the Harvest
Angler Turtle

This is not a bug - these cards are not legal in Pioneer and thus not legal in Explorer

Also, you can see example of a banned card, like Tibalt's Trickery and compare it to how Elvish Archdruid is presented in the game - no suggestion of the card being banned in any format, unlike Tibalt's Trickery.
