installation creating multiple entries in programs/features
default install location win 10
each update creates subsequent multiple entries here. if you uninstall one, it must be reinstalled.

Here it is on another device that I didn't even realize either.

I had a similar experience. Windows showed each previous patch of the game as a separate install, dating back about 4 updates.
