Explorer Anthologies
Explorer Anthologies should mostly contain Pioneer playable cards. An inspirational list is attached:

Cannot stress this enough! I really wish we would be able to brew decks with the variety that MTGO has, and instead we get stupid alchemy cards, conjuring cards from books etc.. for my Atraxa infect deck I don't want a card that can conjure up to 15 cards for me to get 2 that I actually need, I'd ike to be able to put those 2 cards straight in my deck! Separate Alchemy and Historic!!!! Simple as that!

Would certainly play much more arena if we had a fully supported suite of Pioneer cards. Please make this a priority!

WOTC please, this is Critical. We want to play Pioneer in Arena, let us give you money.

EA3 is a downright embarrassment. I will not be purchasing any Arena products until WotC actually makes good on their promises.

I don't understand what have we supposedly done to deserve such an insulting product. Was it that hard to squeeze 10 playables into a 25 cards anthology? This has nothing to do with bringing Pioneer on Arena: a couple singleton cards for a less popular version of a tier 2 deck, a land and 2 pieces for Lotus Field that are currently useless due to the lack of other main cards for the archetype.

It's embarrassing and down right insulting that Wizards of the Coast is dragging their feet bringing the most essential cards from Pioneer to Arena. It's not even like we need all of the cards in 1 anthology, at least give us 5-10 good cards that people actually want to use. Instead they give us fringe use cards and filler lands.

Adding 6.000 new cards and 50 new mechanics each year is completely feasible, but for a bunch of cards with existing mechanics we'llhave to wait another century.
This anthology is an insult. -

It's unreal how bad this anthology is. What were you thinking?

It's obvious they are drip feeding us the content while they are trying to revive the dead format that is historic that nobody plays because of the RNG-based cards from Alchemy.

It's very disappointing to see interesting decks at big events only to find the cards aren't in Arena and there isn't any communication on when they might show up.

With EA3, WOTC/Hasbro has made it clear that getting Pioneer onto arena is not a high priority. I am sure that there is a world in which all Pioneer meta staples could be put onto Arena in short order, without over burdening the Devs, making players happy, AND WOTC can still make their money and more, but they do not wish to see it that way. As an Arena consumer, this is incredibly disappointing to me, and I will not be purchasing any of the anthology bundles. This dampens my enthusiasm to continue investing my time (and money) in this product, as this willful ignorance of a longstanding desire of the community (to play Pioneer on Arena) has effectively been snubbed. Please listen to the consumers, because we are willing to pay money to play Pioneer.

Why waste all our time curating and programming chaff when you could actually add cards people want to play with. The whole point of arena is to migrate off mtgo. Give us cards that are played in pioneer and modern.

Honestly, at this pace, we will not have full Pioneer until 2040.

Seems Wizards only see us as clowns.

I usually spend $50-100 per set. EA3 is an insult to the player base. Time to vote with my wallet

This one was pretty bad, please give us more playable options next time!

What a joke set!!! Wasn't this kind of sets supposed to bring us closer to pioneer? They pretty much wasted all slots in garbage cards!!! I see WOTC intentions very clear now: keep Explorer as it is for as much time as posible....

Baine#99276 commented
Yeah bringing back Pioneer with essential cards. What a joke. Whole community was hyped and you absolutely mocked us, especially with not including hidden strings. Give us actually good cards not some Commander bs.

So few relevant cards to the format are included in the anthology that it is pointless purchasing. In addition cards which would be relevant are excluded from the remastered sets.
