Returning player. Can't earn new starter decks. Can't play Standard.
I've finished the Starter Deck Duel. First 3 wins were on the same deck, then I tried some others. Got no decks. Somehow, I have had Grave Secrets before even attempting the event, but have yet to play with that one.
Another issue is the Color Challenge. Everything seems completed even though I hadn't played anything yet. I've got the decks, but no rewards from any of the specific fights.
There's no daily quest for earning decks, either. Only Gold, XP and Mastery quests. I've attached the screenshots of what I described.
I'm afraid to go into any paid event until this is resolved.
Is there something wrong with my account or am I missing something?
Edit: Playing on PC and rarely on Android.
Edit2: Some of these decks are really fun to play. I can't make my own without those cards. If I buy or craft these cards, the cards from the decks (if I ever get them) will go to waste. Marking this as critical importance since I can't play Standard without this.

For anyone else who has the same problem - I got an e-mail from an admin saying:

Thanks!"I guess this means they'll fix my account as a single one-off issue. I still won't be deleting this topic for log purposes. Some detail in here might help the devs fix something for everyone in the future.

Edit: Update - They're working on a fix for everyone at once. Posting this here so others don't have to wait for the same reply:"Hello,
Thank you for contacting Wizards of the Coast Customer Service! Intent is that all players get all of these decks in their Starter Decks folder (as normal). This was working properly in our testing prior to this release, but we're seeing multiple reports like this that it's not working properly. We are investigating this currently, will be fixing it, and will make sure that all players get the cards and decks that they should.
