Palantir of Orthanc
Palantir of Orthanc is currently bugged with Narset, Parter of Veils. The ability describes that the player may let them draw a card, which would be prevented through Narset's ability to not draw more than one card per turn. Arena preempts this by not giving the player the choice, it will automatically force the choice of mill and lose life.

You would think Narset would give the option to allow your opponent ignore her static ability if the interaction is working as intended.

@Rezzahan - if the rules don't allow impossible actions then why can players with no hand discard their hand?

The rules do not allow choosing an impossible action. Since the player can't draw, choosing to let him draw is not possible. Since the player can't do that, the effect defaults to the no-draw consequences.
