9 Lives damage bug
Played against a deck in MTGA that used the 9 Lives card where any source of damage done to the player does not damage player, but adds one counter to that card, and after 9 counters, that player looses the game.
I had a revenge of the ravens card which deals one damage to the player for each creature attacking you, and instead of adding a counter to 9 lives, it instead still just did damage to the player.
The same thing happened with tainted remedy where any time the opponent is supposed to gain life, they loose that much life instead. That card also just did damage instead of adding a counter to 9 lives.

The bug seems to have been fixed, I too ran into this problem where several creatures hitting OP each turn counted as a single source. Wizbro actually fixed something for a change?? Scary!! Sooooo many more problems to go, though..........

Nine Lives does not prevent you from losing for having 0 or less life. Since you dropped to -5, you lose. Probably because some card said, that damage cannot be prevented.

Nine Lives causes loss of match if number of counters goes from 0 to 5, life goes from 18 to -5 in a single attack phase.
Only other permanents on my battlefield were Repercussion, Gideon's Intervention naming Repercussion, Stormwild Capridor, and several lands.
This bug with at least the select 3 enchantments above has occurred a total of 3 times now.

Loss of life is not damage. Damage to a player usually causes loss of life, but may also not. Just because a player lost life doesn't mean they were dealt damage.
