This happened to me too!

Ixalan bo1 draft, opponent conceded and now my draft page says claim (I was 2-2 before, now it says 2-3). Platform is PC. How do I get reimbursed for this?

I was 1-2 in an arena cube event (bo1) and won my next game, but when it loaded the event screen page it showed I now had 3 losses (1-3 record) and gave me the rewards for only 1 win

Playing a WOE draft, won the draft. When back at the home screen it gave me the win, but also marked it as another loss. Log is attached

I was 3/2 ahead in a quick draft Phyrexia: All will be one. I won another match as my oponent conceeded. I saw the victory screen and when I came back in the start-up screen I saw the result was recorded as a loss. Please fix this.

I was playing the Wilds of Eldraine Quick Draft with 2/3 losses. I had a fifth victory but it was recorded as a loss.

What occurred - My record was 2 wins and 2 losses. I won my third game, but when I returned to the event screen, it showed my record at 2 wins 3 losses.
Counting my win as a loss on my record instead.
This ended my event and my only option was to "claim" my prize.

WOE Quick draft game match win recorded as a loss. The platform is Mac. The game was game 3 of the draft, I was 1-2 at the time. My opponent conceded and it was counted as a loss for me.

Happened the same to me today, 7 months later. On the qualifier weekend I lost my first match and won the second one. Arena kicked me out as 0-2.
Funny thing is that I use untapped and there I can see that I was 1-1. Wizards refused to take a look at my case and gave me 4000 gems (which is the entry for the play-in). It's just... sad.
