Error Claiming Premier Draft Reward
Got 7 wins in a premier draft 2 days ago (just before the drafts went down) and there was an error message when claiming my reward, resulting in me getting nothing and the draft event disappearing. Customer support is refusing to fix the issue.
My suggestion is that WotC treat their customers with respect and honor their commitments to pay out rewards.
