Card effect not working
I put Ground Seal in my enchant deck, played it, but my opponent used two cards to target his graveyard and it totaly worked, loosed because of this.
He used Breach the Multiverse and another card to put his graveyaed in his deck, it worked like my seal wasn't here, so, it's a bug. Not a fun one.

Cards like Breach the Multiverse, or Takenuma, Abandoned Mire, which put cards into the graveyard and then allow to get a card out of the yard, and would allow the choice of a newly milled card, DO NOT TARGET. They couldn't work if they did, because targets have to be chosen up front when casting a spell or activating an ability. Thus the new cards would not be possible to get, since they aren't there yet to target. Hence why those spells and abilities do not use the word "target", and thus aren't targeted.
